App Name: MU Project (the “App”)
Company: East Dragon Games (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, website, services, or any related content (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are under 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms for you.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-App or on our site where reasonably practicable. Changes take effect upon posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You may need an account to use certain features. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use & Community Safety (User-Generated Content)

The Services may allow posting, uploading, or sharing user-generated content (“UGC”). You are responsible for your UGC and must have all necessary rights to it.

  • No Objectionable Content or Abuse. Zero tolerance for illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, excessively violent, deceptive, spam, or malicious content; doxxing; threats; child exploitation; or privacy violations.
  • Filtering. We may use automated tools and/or human moderators to detect and filter objectionable content.
  • Reporting. Users can flag objectionable content and abusive users from within the App.
  • Blocking. Users can block abusive users from contacting or interacting with them.
  • Action on Reports. We review and act on valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours where reasonably practicable, including removing content and suspending or ejecting offending users.
  • Enforcement. We may remove UGC, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations.

5. License & Ownership

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. The Services (excluding UGC) are owned by the Company and its licensors.

6. Rights You Grant Us to Your UGC

By submitting UGC, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (e.g., for formatting), publish, display, and distribute your UGC for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You also grant other users a non-exclusive license to access UGC you make public within the App.

7. Prohibited Activities

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineering or creating derivative works except where permitted by law.
  • Impersonation, fraud, phishing, or unauthorized data collection.
  • Using cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized third-party tools.

8. Virtual Items & Payments (if applicable)

Any virtual items, in-app currencies, or subscriptions are licensed—not sold—have no real-world monetary value, and may be modified or discontinued. Purchases are processed by platform providers (e.g., Apple/Google) and are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services

Links to or integrations with third-party content/services are provided “as is.” We do not control or endorse third-party offerings and are not responsible for their terms or practices.

10. Open Source

Some components may be provided under open-source licenses. If an open-source license expressly conflicts with these Terms, the open-source license controls for that component.

11. Infringement & Legal Requests

If you believe your rights are infringed, contact: [email protected]. We may retain or disclose UGC where required by law, court order, or lawful requests from authorities.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as required by law, the Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility).

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to us for the relevant feature in the six (6) months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or business.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your UGC, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation, suspected abuse, or risk to users or the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use. Certain provisions survive termination.

17. Governing Law; Venue; Consumers

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Philippines], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the courts of [Pasay/Metro Manila], Philippines, except where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you additional rights or different venues.

18. Apple App Store Terms (if applicable)

These Terms are between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms. In case of non-conformity, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligations.

19. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our consent. Notices to you may be delivered in-App, by email, or on our site. Notices to us: [email protected].

20. EU/UK Consumer Terms (if applicable)

Where required by law, EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for certain purchases not yet consumed. Local mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
