End User License Agreement (EULA)
App Name: MU Project (the “App”)Company: East Dragon Games (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)
1. Acceptance
1.1 This EULA is a legal agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and the Company governing your use of the App, related services, updates, and any content made available through the App (collectively, the “Licensed Items”).
1.2 By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Licensed Items, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Licensed Items.
1.3 If you are under the age of 16 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), a parent or legal guardian must accept this EULA on your behalf.
1.4 We may provide translations of this EULA. In case of conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
2. License Grant
2.1 Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
2.2 Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive source code from, or create derivative works of the Licensed Items, unless such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Community Safety
3.1 The App may allow you and others to submit, post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make content available (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your User Content and that it complies with this EULA and applicable law.
3.2 Zero Tolerance of Objectionable Content or Abuse. You must not upload, share, or promote content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, excessively violent, deceptive, spam, malicious (including malware), privacy-invasive, or otherwise objectionable.
3.3 Prohibited Conduct. You must not: harass or bully others; impersonate any person; dox or threaten; promote fraud; incite self-harm or violence; exploit minors; or misuse the App in any unlawful or harmful way.
3.4 Filtering. We may use automated tools and/or human moderation to detect and filter objectionable or abusive content.
3.5 Reporting. The App provides a mechanism for users to report or flag objectionable content and abusive users.
3.6 Blocking. The App provides a mechanism for users to block abusive users from contacting or interacting with them.
3.7 Action on Reports. We review and act on reports of objectionable content in a timely manner and will take appropriate action—up to and including removal of the content and suspension or ejection of the offending user—within 24 hours of receiving a valid report, where reasonably practicable.
3.8 Enforcement. We may remove or restrict any User Content at our sole discretion, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this EULA.
4. Rights You Grant Us
4.1 By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting/display), publish, and display such content solely to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Licensed Items, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2 You grant other users a non-exclusive license to access and use your publicly shared User Content within the App as permitted by this EULA.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Licensed Items (excluding User Content) are owned by the Company and its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth in this EULA.
6. Accounts & Security
6.1 You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
7. Payments & Virtual Items (if applicable)
7.1 Purchases made in the App are subject to the applicable platform/store terms and any additional terms we present. Unless required by law or expressly stated, purchases are final and non-refundable.
7.2 Any virtual items or in-app currencies are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
8. Third-Party Services
8.1 The App may link to or integrate third-party content or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or terms.
9. Changes to the App & EULA
9.1 We may update the App or this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-App or on our site where reasonably practicable. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
10.1 We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this EULA, suspected abuse, or risk to users or the service. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App. Certain provisions survive termination.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 The Licensed Items are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with your device.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Licensed Items will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the specific feature in the six (6) months before the claim; or (b) USD 100.
12.2 We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
13.1 You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Licensed Items or violation of this EULA or applicable law.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 This EULA is governed by the laws of [Philippines] without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in [Pasay/Metro Manila], Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
14.2 EU/UK consumers may have additional rights; where applicable, your local mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting terms in this EULA.
15. Privacy
15.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
16. Apple App Store Terms (if applicable)
16.1 This EULA is between you and the Company, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App or its content. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
16.2 In case of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation.
17. Community Safety Summary (for User-Generated Content)
• Users must agree to this EULA and our zero-tolerance policy on objectionable content.
• The App includes filtering of objectionable content.
• Users can flag content and block abusive users.
• We review and act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours, which may include content removal and ejection of offending users.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
